Chalet Ski Holidays Terms & Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions shall apply in respect of this site and any contact with Distinctive Holiday (UK) Ltd (hereinafter called Chalet Ski).
1. CHALET SKI HOLIDAYS
Chalet Ski Holidays is a trading name of Distinctive Holiday (UK) Ltd. Any reference to Chalet Ski Holidays shall mean Distinctive Holiday (UK) Ltd and vice versa.
Chalet Ski Holidays are agents acting on behalf of the (Chalet) Operator. The Operator being the party offering and providing the chalet and associated services to the public in good faith and to the best of their knowledge.
Chalet Ski Holidays provide information that to the best of their knowledge is correct. However, information is received and shown in good faith only and changes also can occur. Chalet Ski Holidays can not be held responsible for any inaccuracies therefore on its website. The Client should therefore check with the Operator to confirming a booking as to the accuracy of the information provided and undertake appropriate diligence prior to booking.
The Client referred to in this document will be the person(s) using this site to find and book a chalet, with the Operator, with Chalet Ski Holidays introduction to the Operator. The client must be 18 years of age or older.
No payment, commission or consideration shall be paid or made between Chalet Ski Holidays and the Client.
- Any client using this site accepts that there will therefore be no contract between Chalet Ski Holidays and the Client and therefore have no contract or legal responsibility to the Client for any issues that arise between the Client and the Operator.
- The information on this site is to the best of Chalet Ski Holidays knowledge correct, however Chalet Ski Holidays will not be responsible for any errors on this site or any errors in whatever form they may be.
- As we have no legally binding agreement between Chalet Ski Holidays and the Client making the booking with the Operator, we strongly advise that when making the booking the client checks all details with the Operator before making a booking as previously advised and make appropriate checks and due diligence.
- The terms of agreement and therefore contract will be those agreed between the client and the Operator, subject to statue law in the applicable country.
