Skiing Park City
High altitude skiing ensures skiing starts early in the season, and finishes late. There are over 18 blue runs, 44 Diamonds (equivalent to reds in Europe) and 38 double diamonds (black). With such a large number of expert runs, plus one some fabulous off-piste too, Park City is a great mecca for intermediates and advanced skiers. This said, the lower runs are particularly easy and good for cruising and hence why Park City is a favourite with both mixed ability ski groups and for family ski holidays. Park City Mountain Resort With over 25 bars and 50 restaurants, Park City is one of North America's more vibrant ski resorts for acres-ski activities. It is also a pretty town too with the shops, restaurants and homes around the main street carefully restored to their former minor glory. Getting Around The Resort The Old Town and ski area are connected by a frequent bus service that operates from the morning to 11pm at night.
